A local car-rental business managed bookings by phone and spreadsheets, while competing for the same customers as international platforms with instant online booking. They needed a site of their own where a customer could see the available fleet, book and pay without calling anyone — in whichever language they spoke.
We built a fleet catalogue with prices that vary by season, a booking flow with pickup and drop-off across multiple locations, and online payments integrated with Stripe. Behind it, an admin panel where the team manages the fleet, bookings, rates and confirmation emails without depending on us for every change.
The site is built with Next.js so it loads fast and ranks well, with PostgreSQL as the database and everything packaged in Docker so it deploys the same way on any server. It's genuinely trilingual — ES/EN/RU — with light and dark themes, built for a tourist area where customers arrive speaking different languages.
The result is a complete rental platform, customer-facing and team-facing, that fully replaces the phone and the spreadsheets. It's proof that we can build real commerce — payments, bookings and multiple languages — not just a nice-looking catalogue.
